俺的地盘

January 24

京酱肉丝

1、把里脊肉切丝(没有里脊的话外脊也凑合)
2、用料酒、酱油、淀粉把切好的肉丝拌匀
3、把葱切成丝,用凉水泡一会(去一点点葱味),然后沥干水分铺在盘底
4、把腌好的肉丝放到油锅里炸熟,推荐炸的方法
5、锅里加糖、盐、酱油、味精调成黏稠状,然后把炸熟的肉丝回锅翻炒上色入味
6、吃的时候还可以用干豆腐卷着吃

水煮鱼

用的还是和上次的酸菜鱼一个牌子的调料,只不过做法复杂一点点
 
1、把鱼洗净切片,用附带的粉包腌大约10分钟
 
2、把青菜炒至断生,铺到容器底部
 
3、加入大约700毫升水,防入调料烧开
 
4、鱼片下锅,煮3~5分钟左右
 
5、把最后一个料包撒在出锅的鱼上,用大约150毫升油加热至7~8分热,倒入容器。完活

虾仁豆腐

这个巨简单
 
1、把豆腐块,虾仁焯熟
2、回锅翻炒,加盐、味精就行,出锅前勾芡

大酱炖鲫鱼

1、鲫鱼2条,去内脏,洗净;为便于入味,切上几刀
 
2、用葱、辣椒等爆锅,然后加水,再加入料酒、盐、醋、糖、酱油等
 
3、等水烧开,把鱼放到锅里,上面放上大酱,盖上锅盖炖熟(中间最好翻个个儿~)
 
4、出锅发现好像颜色太深了,貌似不大好看,不过还是挺好吃的,嘿嘿
 
ps:貌似space出了点问题(难不成是我电脑有问题?),添加照片的框框出不来,照片改日添加哈~

啤酒鸡翅

1、把翅根洗净,煮熟(可以放一点醋、花椒、大料)
 
2、把煮好的鸡翅根加上葱段放到锅里翻炒
 
3、把一听啤酒倒入锅内,如果没有没过鸡翅根,加水
 
4、加如盐、糖、酱油(如果喜欢上色,可以多加点),味精、鸡精啥就别加了
 
5、出锅,开吃~
 

酸菜鱼

1、买现成的调料,味道还可以吧
 
2、把切好的鱼片腌大约10分钟,用买的调料里的料包,主要成分应该是淀粉,自己加一些料酒(黄酒什么的也行)
 
3、把调料下锅,用水煮开。然后把腌好的鱼片下锅,煮3~5分钟,注意不要煮碎了
 
4、出锅~
 
 
经过品尝,比较好吃。鱼最好是买草鱼,好吃一些,实在不行用鲤鱼凑合着吧~~~
